General

The official language of the workshop is English.
A presentation laptop will be available during the workshop, but presenters are welcome to use their own device during their presentation.
No additional time can be allocated to a presenter if they choose to use their own device and technical problems occur. Please check that your device is working with the presentation setup prior to your allocated timeslot.

Poster Panel Dimensions
To ensure clarity for all presenters, please note the specific dimensions of our poster panels:

Height: 2100 mm
Width: 900 mm

The panels are in a portrait (vertical) orientation.

Recommended Poster Size
Given the panel dimensions, we strongly recommend preparing your poster in A0 size (1189 mm x 841 mm) in a portrait (vertical) orientation.
